Back to work. I woke up early today to watch the sunrise. It was amazing. I took this picture about 5:15am.
Day 2 of training - We spend the morning covering the remaining topics: Telephone Communication and Difficult Customers. After lunch, we do some role playing exercises covering front desk interactions, serving meals, and showing guests around the property.
I had a great group of students and I could spend more time here, but now it's time to go to the last hotel on my agenda, Fernando's.
