Connecting Aeroplan to CESO

In June 2006, I was selected to represent Aeroplan on a journey with CESO...It's been a long time in the making and the trip will begin on June 26th and will last 3 weeks. I will be working with another CESO volunteer advisor on assignment in the Philippines. The assignment is to work with a group of local hotels in the Sorsogon region to improve their management and operations. I have been asked to take on the customer relations component and prepare training sessions and research materials for distribution to the clients.

Founded in 1967, the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) is a not-for-profit organization that helps to build proud independent communities. Their mission is to build capacity in governance and economic development through the transfer of knowledge and skills by Volunteer Advisers. About Sorsogon, Phillipines
Sorsogon is one of six provinces located in the Bicol Region at the southern tip of Luzon. It is a 45 minute flight, or 12 hours by bus from Manila. It is blessed with unexplored and pristine tourist attractions including Mount Bulusan (an active volcano), Rizal Beach, and swimming with whalesharks (or Butanding, as they are locally referred to as) in Donsol.
