Well, I've been working hard for the past couple of months trying to put together a customer service package for the hotel clients I'll be working with. Now it's time for some last minute packing and trying to make sure I don't forget anything!
In June 2006, I was selected to represent Aeroplan on a journey with CESO...It's been a long time in the making and the trip will begin on June 26th and will last 3 weeks. I will be working with another CESO volunteer advisor on assignment in the Philippines. The assignment is to work with a group of local hotels in the Sorsogon region to improve their management and operations. I have been asked to take on the customer relations component and prepare training sessions and research materials for distribution to the clients.
