Customer Service Workshops - July 12, 13 & 16

My first workshop is starting Thursday afternoon, so I spend the morning at DTI doing some prep work. It was someone's birthday so I was invited to join them for a snack and to visit.

This workshop was open to anyone to attend for a small fee, so the class included people from the hospital, restaurants, hotels, electrical cooperative and some government representatives.



































After the 3 days is complete, everyone who attended received a Customer Service Certificate
